At RIMOX CLOTHING, we take great care to ensure that all our fabrics go through a proper quality check and is being inspected before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may occur and are happy to assist you under the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or wrong fabric received.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for color variation, texture difference , or change of mind.
• Fabrics that have been cut, washed, stitched, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
• The product must be unused, uncut, unwashed and in its original packaging.

2. Return Request Process

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us .

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A photo or video showing the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.
• After reviewing your request, our team will confirm if the return is approved and guide you for the further process.
• If the return is approved for a defective or wrong product, the return shipping cost will be borne by us .

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed either to your original mode of payment or as store credit, solely at the discretion of us within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only available for the same product if the received item was defective or damaged.
• Fabric length or product exchanges for other designs are not available.

5. Color Disclaimer

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in lighting, screen resolution, and photography. These differences do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.

6. Policy Updates

We , reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Customers are advised to review the policy periodically for updates.
